Eat healthily
This doesn't mean that you have to forgo all the nice things you eat. But it does mean that you should be more careful about what you're eating. A simple rule of thumb is that the closer something is to being "natural", the better. Conversely, the more that something has been processed then the more likely it is to be bad for you. Potatoes roasted in the oven aren't fantastically healthy but they're a lot better than ones that have been cut up into thin strips and fried in boiling oil. Get some more exercise
This doesn't have to mean going to the gym and pressing weights. It can be as simple as walking a few blocks, choosing a more distant spot in the parking lot and using the stairs rather than the elevator. Treat yourself to a pedometer and measure the number of steps you take each day. Then target to increase that over the coming weeks and months.
Relax more
You may think you relax now but sitting down in front of the television, worrying about all those events that you have absolutely no control over isn't relaxation. Take time out to really relax - whether it's soaking in a long, hot bath, listening to your favorite tracks or playing yourself a specially recorded relaxation or meditation track. Whatever your preferred method, it will give your body a chance to relax and regenerate. Which is a natural anti aging technique in itself.
